Description
MC-Admix 11 is a concrete set retarder, plasticizer and water reducer, based on modified lignosulphonate.
Where to use
Recommended for concrete where retardation of setting and improved performance are required or desired. Improves pumped concrete, shotcrete and conventionally placed concrete. Suitable for plain, reinforced, precast, prestressed, lightweight and standard-weight concrete.

Dosage / method
MC-Admix 11 may be added directly to the mixing water before it enters the mixer, or separately to freshly mixed concrete. The approved publication dosage is 400 ± 100 cm³ per 100 kg of cement. Determine the optimum dosage by trials using the same materials intended for use.
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with water.
Compatibility
Compatible with all types of Portland cement. Compatible with other MC-Admix products; each admixture must be added separately.
Storage / shelf life
18 months under suitable storage conditions in closed drums or tanks.
Safety
Non-toxic and nonflammable according to the approved source. Wash skin contamination with water. Standards ASTM C-494 Type B
