MC-HARD FLOOR surface hardener is a ready to use natural aggregate product which provides up twice the wear resistance of the best plain concrete. The specially selected , size graded , hard quartz aggregate in it insures dense surfaces and ease of finishing MC - HARD FLOOR surface hardener produces concrete floors and outdoor slabs that are very wear resistance , durable and attractive . It provides a strong surface suitable for light to moderate vehicle traffic or concentrated foot traffic.

Description
MC-Hard Floor is a ready-to-use surface hardener based on hard, graded natural quartz aggregate. According to the source, it helps produce dense, easy-to-finish surfaces with greater wear resistance than plain concrete.
Where to use
Parking garages, shopping centres, schools, hospitals and similar areas with light-to-moderate vehicle traffic or concentrated foot traffic. Areas requiring a dense, smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Areas where reduced surface dusting is required.
Advantages

Limitations
Not recommended where steel-wheeled traffic is expected; the source identifies MC-Floor Plate for such heavy-duty conditions. Not recommended for areas exposed to acids, acid salts or materials known to attack Portland-cement concrete.

Application
Broadcast the product uniformly onto freshly placed concrete before initial set. Integrate the material and finish the surface with suitable equipment to obtain a dense, smooth finish.
Curing
Cure the surface with water or an approved Master Chemicals Technology curing compound, as stated in the source.
Precautions
Do not use salt water or brackish water for curing. The product contains cement and may cause irritation; avoid eye contact and prolonged skin contact.
Packaging
MC-Hard Floor is supplied in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
