MC-Master T-Look is a flexible T-ribbed sheet manufactured from extruded polyvinyl chloride under high temperature and pressure.
Where to use
Designed to protect new concrete sewer pipes and concrete structures from sewage conditions, including sulphuric acid and hydrogen sulphide gas attack, as well as other corrosive materials.
Advantages
Specially compounded to remain flexible. High bond with concrete when embedded. Good mechanical properties. Sheets and accessory items are free from cleavages or similar defects. Installed lining can be repaired. Good impact and wear resistance. High chemical resistance. Easy to install and weld.

Chemical resistance
MC-Master T-Look is tested at 25°C ± 3°C for weight change after 14 days of exposure. Testing solutions listed by the source include sulphuric acid 25%, sodium hydroxide 10%, ammonium hydroxide 10%, nitric acid 1%, ferric chloride 5%, sulphides 2%, sodium sulphates 10%, anionic surfactant 10%, soap 5%, sea water, mineral oils and bacteriological BOD 700 ppm. Testing for prolonged exposure up to 84 days can be provided.
Dimensions
Basic-size sheets: 2 mm thick, 100 cm wide and 3 m long. T-locking ribs are 60-80 mm apart and at least 9 mm high. Special sizes are available to job requirements. Pipe-size sheets can be shop-welded from basic sheets using heat and pressure with 5 cm side overlap. Joint strips are 2 mm thick and 10 cm wide. Prefabricated pipe-size shapes can also be supplied ready for positioning on pipe forms.
